That’s Richard and LuAnne Suba. They are both professionally trained chefs. He as an executive chef and she as a pastry chef. They have opened a restaurant in Mountain City and I personally give it 5 stars. I have only been once, but it won’t be the last time. This morning I wrote a chapter in “Why Knox?” in which Nathan takes Nattie there. Oddly enough Nathan orders the creamy turkey and jalapeno pasta, which is what I had. And they split a butterscotch eclair, which alone makes the trip from Bristol worth it. In my account of their meal Nathan orders a dark beer, but I do not think they serve alcohol in reality. I’ll have to ask permission.
